FOSB’s PIE (Parent Information Exchange) and EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) committees are inviting you to attend a screening of the powerful 30-minute documentary Beyond Black and White. 

We will be gathering in the school library, located on the second floor. Please enter via the north set of doors on 18th Ave NW.

The film is a production of Roosevelt Alumni for Racial Equity (RARE), a Seattle non-profit formed to promote racial equity, with a focus on schools and their communities. After the film, we will hold a discussion with panelists who were involved in the film production.  Youth who are interested in engaging in this topic are welcome to join us.

Salmon Bay Boys and Girls Club (fka Coho), which is located in the school building, will provide childcare for potty independent children not attending the screening. The childcare costs will be covered by FOSB.
